Standard shipping may be tracked or untracked depending on the destination.
Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
In most cases, we can ship to P.O. Box addresses. However, there are a couple of exceptions:
- Our framed prints and canvas prints are often too large to be delivered to P.O. Boxes (except in AU)
Why hasn’t my order been delivered yet?
Occasionally, orders do get lost in the mail, which we find occurs more often when shipping is untracked to less common destinations. In the event that an order is not received within 30 days of placing the order, we’ll be more than happy to send a replacement. Just let us know at customercare@juxtaposeprints.com and we’ll make the arrangements on your behalf. Please note, however, that we cannot offer free replacements for orders not received due to an incorrect address.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times are in addition to production times, so you’ll need to allow for both production and shipping durations. Orders are typically dispatched within these hours, depending on order.

For example, overnight shipping means that an order will arrive on the next working day after it has been shipped, not the next working day after it has been ordered.
